Quick use: For dry/mature/damaged skin, put 3-5 drops (up to 0.25 ml) of Frereana Frankincense essential oil in 10 ml of moisturizing carrier oils such as avocado oil or jojoba oil, and apply to your face daily after washing to help revitalize skin.
Experience through diffusion: Put 5-10 drops (up to 0.5ml) of essential oil in a diffuser and enjoy the aroma.
Experience through placement: During meditation, put a few drops of Frankincense oil onto cotton balls and place them around you to keep your mind calm and focused.
