We urge sustainable tapping of the Carteri Trees because the quality of the oils come through with such practices and the protection of the Carteri trees as a whole. RELAX: Add 5-6 drops of Frankincense (Carterii) to your diffuser and diffuse for 15-30 minutes before bedtime to encourage deep relaxation.
STRESS-LESS: Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed: 5 drops of Frankincense (Carterii),
INHALATION: Fill a bowl with steamy water. Add to the bowl 5 drops of the Carterii. Lean over the bowl and cover your head with a towel to keep the steam in. Inhale through your nose (keep your eyes closed), breathing deeply, for several minutes, or as desired.
OILY SKIN: 4 drops of Frankincense (Carterii) and 100ml warm distilled water into a bowl. Do not boil the water. Soak a face cloth into the bowl and gently squeeze. Relax and keep your eyes closed and hold face cloth to face and slowly breathe in and out with cloth covering the face. Hold for 5mins and reapply as need. As warm water expands pores, make small circular motions to clean face and release the frankincense properties into the skin. After completion, apply 2 sprays of our hydrosol to your face.
