Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING Canada Wide on all orders over $100cad.
Free standard ground shipping for all orders over $100cad. Canada only.

FLAT RATE shipping fee is $20 for International.

We ship to the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, AFO/FPO addresses are not included.

NON-CONTIGUOUS US shipping is $20.00



Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 5-10 business days (Monday to Friday). We will email you with shipping confirmation and a tracking number to help you track your purchase.

Shipping to US are via USPS.

Shipping to Canada are via Canada Post.

 

Return + Exchange Policy

All lightly used purchases made through KYPHISHOP.COM are valid for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the date you receive your purchase. Please email info@kyphishop.com to coordinate your return. Once we receive the merchandise, we inspect it to see if you qualify for a return. Products must have at least 80% of the product remaining. You will be responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your refund and exchange package with a tracking number. KYPHI is not responsible for any lost returns.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Please contact info@kyphishop.com with your information and intended action before you return your package. Please note that merchandise returned to our office without contacting us first will be denied.


Damaged or Missing Products

Please contact us immediately at info@kyphishop.com if you receive a damaged product or are missing any items in your package. We will replace or ship any damaged or missing items at our expense.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
